Return Policy

CapeFear guarantee: We guarantee our merchandise to be of top quality and free of manufacturing defects. CapeFear will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. *Returned items must be unused, and still in new condition with all tags attached.  Items purchased at sale prices will get 100% store credit based on the following.

Within 30 days of original purchase: CapeFear gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for full refund. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment. If the original receipt is unavailable, we’ll make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit based on the current selling price.

After 30 days of original purchase: CapeFear will gladly make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit for the price at the time of sale with original receipt or for the current selling price if original receipt is unavailable.

If we made a mistake on your order or the merchandise is defective your return surface shipping will be reimbursed.

Please note that because CapeFear Sportswear stock changes quickly we may not be able to make requested exchanges. If this is the case, we will credit your bank card for the purchase amount immediately.
