The Hooded Bay provides lightweight, soft, noiseless weather protection with water resistant finish.  The attached lined hood that can be rolled into collar.  It's great to pack in small spaces to carry along. The vented horizontal back yoke provides maximum breathability. Other features include shock cord drawstring at waist and elasticized cuff band with adjustable Velcro tab to enhance wind and rain protection.

The outer shell is 100% coated polyester with water-resistant finish and the lining is mesh on the upper back.
