The Hooded Bay provides lightweight, soft, noiseless weather protection with water resistant finish.  The attached lined hood can be rolled into the collar.  It's great to pack in small spaces. The vented horizontal back yoke provides maximum breathability. Other features include shock cord drawstring at waist and elasticized cuff band with adjustable velcro tab to enhance wind and rain protection.
